The Treasurer madea motionto approvethe proposedoperatingbudgetfor the fiscal oeriodof November1.2007to October31.2008.The motionwas seconded. Therebeingno furtherquestions,the chairrequesteda show of votingcardsin favourof the motion.The motion carried with a majorityvote.
