Tournament Guidelines
Please check in at the tournament desk as soon as you arrive (15 minutes before match time). In an effort to keep matches on schedule, please limit warm up to 10 minutes. The 10-point tiebreaker will be used for the third set until the quarter-finals (Main Draw) and semifinals (flights). As a courtesy to spectators please use score cards. After match, please report score, return balls and find out your next match time. About 80 matches need to be played this week and weekend. Please make every effort to play at your scheduled time. If there is a problem, the player with the conflict should contact the opponent to arrange a time that is agreeable to both players and the tournament director and does not affect the next match. If an agreeable time cannot be found, the original scheduled time will stand. Common courtesy and proper tennis etiquette is required and appreciated. Rain policy - If it is raining, please confirm that your match has been cancelled before you make other plans. If the weather is questionable, please show up for your match unless you have been notified otherwise.
