Mini Leader Rig MLR-15 Vibratory piling rig for 7 - 21 ton excavators Movax MLR-15 is a new product for installation of small foundation tubes, H-beams or timber piles. MLR-15 is designed to meet the high position accuracy and straightness demands at solar panel fields. MLR-15 makes it possible to use light weight piling material, as MLR is able to take side-grip of pile closer to ground level which means that the flexibility of pile does not disturb. Using lightweight piling material and standard midi excavator for piling process reduces costs of micro piling project. Movax MLR-15 can grip pile lying on the ground, lift it up to vertical position, locate it and then drive it into the ground with a straight linear movement of the rig. If the pile is not correctly positioned or it stops against stone, it is possible to remove the pile with this same rig. MLR-15 needs only a quick steering system installation into excavator, so it is possible to use this same piling rig on several excavators. Side-grip clamps are quick change -type, which enables fast change between different piling materials. There are clamps available for steel tubes, Hbeams and timber piles. Customer can also request clamps for other special profiles. Accessories: Manual operating device, Quick change side grip clamps, Adapter plate, End grip (optional), Top hitter for timber piles (optional).
