Mobile Chat Tutorial For Candidates
Log into your account.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the mobile interface, you will only be able to text chat. For full system functionality, login using a desktop or laptop so that you may view any
multimedia chats as well as access/edit your profile, upload documents, and more. From the mobile dashboard, click “My Fairs” to expand the menu options
Click “Chat Now” to join the chat session

“Moderator Online” means that an organization rep is logged in and available
Select Chat Room & Click “Join Chat”

You will enter the chat session in the “Group Messages” area
Messages from all users appear on the right
Click and enter text you wish to send to all users in the room (Note: You may have to click “done” to minimize your keyboard)

You will see a number next to “Private Messages” indicating how many private messages you have received. Click “Private Messages” to review them.

Click on the User Name to review “Private Messages Note: A number indicates the number of private messages sent by the User awaiting review

Click “Back” to exit a private chat
Not shown: After leaving a private chat, click the “Group Messages” to get back to the organization’s group chat session. Click the “Rooms” tab to leave the chat room and enter a different organization’s chat session.
