61-HP Hydrostatic Stump Grinder The Model 2650 is an extremely versatile machine in the 60-horsepower stump grinder category, well-suited for tree services, municipalities, and dedicated stump grinding professionals. This is an ideal backyard stump grinder with excellent flotation, yet it packs the power to tackle large stumps and land clearing projects. The Model 2650 features a Kohler 74 HP tier 4 final, 61-horsepower Tier 4i diesel engine with 4-wheel drive and comes standard with the Revolution stump grinder wheel.
Cutter Dimensions Impressive grinding dimensions add to the overall productivity of the Model 2650, allowing it to tackle stumps of all sizes. Cutting dimensions include a cutter swing of 69”, a cutting depth of 18.5”, and a cutting height of 33”, reducing the number of times the unit will need repositioned.
Durable Hydrostatic Drive System The 2650 features a hydrostatic cutter wheel drive system. This system dramatically reduces the maintenance costs typically associated with a grinder of this size. This hydrostatic system is extremely reliable and eliminates drive belts, bearings, jack shafts, and the many parts associated with those systems. The cutter wheel is engaged by hitting a switch on the remote control or control panel, delivering power directly to the cutter wheel with virtually no parasitic power loss. The 2650’s superior hydrostatic drive system makes it extremely productive and reliable, providing years of service with reduced maintenance costs.
