Thank you to the talented team behind the model cottage. Canada Builds
The cottage is custom designed and built by Canada Builds, a CSA and Tarion approved builder located in Lindsay, Ontario. They are 100% Canadian owned, and specialize in custom home and cottage designs that are built in a controlled environment. After rigorous testing and inspections, the units are then shipped to the building site and married together on a permanent foundation. A cottager can go from design to installation in about six weeks. The costs of a modular cottage are very appealing – about $125 per square foot for a completely finished cottage. That includes all flooring, windows, doors, cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures. And naturally all the designs and finishes can be customized as a country home, chalet, or cottage, and installed anywhere in Ontario. Visit them in Booth 429 | canadabuilds.ca
