MONDAY, FEB. 13 $40/person without lessons $45/person with lessons TRIP IS FOR:
BUS INFO:
Kids ages 11 through Middle School. Ages 10 Bus will depart from/return to The Watermark, & under are allowed, but they must be 209 S. Center St., Beaver Dam. Arrive no accompanied by a paid guardian who is at later than 7:15am to check-in. Bus will depart at 7:30am and return at approx. least 16 years of age or older. 5:00pm.
SKI/SNOWBOARD LESSONS: A 90-minute beginner ski/snowboard lesson (for those 10 & over) is available. Let us know when registering!
HOW TO REGISTER: Complete & return the registration form & parental permission slip attached
FEE INCLUDES:
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
School bus transportation, flex lift ticket, flex ski/snowboard rental, helmet and a deluxe food voucher.
Registration will be accepted through Feb. 6. A maximum of 50 kids will be accepted. If late registration is accepted, a $10 late fee will be charged.
BRING:
QUESTIONS: Kids can bring their own helmet and skis/ snowboard if they choose. Items left in the Call 887-4639 for more information. chalet will be monitored by our chaperones as much as possible. Please send along extra money IF they’d like a locker ($0.50 per opening) or they want to play arcade games.
We need 3-4 parent volunteers to chaperone this trip. No skiing experience is necessary and all expenses will be paid by BDCAS. Let us know if you are interested when registering your child. These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Beaver Dam School District, its employees or agents.
