MongoDB Enterprise Certification The MongoDB partner program has grown to more than 1000+ technology and services partners worldwide, extending the company’s lead as the fastest-growing database ecosystem. The MongoDB Enterprise Certification Program recognizes partners with proven technology integrations that complement MongoDB for production deployments. Certified offerings receive exclusive customer-facing benefits, including but not limited to: strategic product positioning, joint-marketing efforts, and the full support of MongoDB’s field and sales teams. Certification allows partners to distinguish their offerings, accelerate engagements with mutual prospects, and attract new customers.
Certification Benefits Joint Marketing — Certified Solutions will be featured prominently in MongoDB events, news and online properties: • Certified solutions are differentiated in MongoDB online properties with a Certified Badge • Quote from MongoDB in partner press release regarding certification against MongoDB Enterprise • Event sponsorship only considered for certified partners • MongoDB's participation in external webinars is only considered for certified partners Field and Sales — MongoDB's field and sales teams are educated on Certified Solutions and will actively promote them in their engagements with prospects and existing customers: • Bi-monthly webinar to educate MongoDB field and sales teams on Certified Solutions from Advanced Partners • MongoDB field and sales teams receive Solutions Briefs on Certified Solutions • Field and sales teams will recommend Certified Solutions when appropriate to prospects and existing MongoDB customers Support — Direct support collaboration on customer issues: • While partners are still responsible for the technical support of their product, MongoDB support will work directly with partner support teams to notify joint customers of issues and relay feedback.
Certification Requirements • Partner solution is complementary to MongoDB • Partner solution is generally available • Solution must be certified against the latest version of MongoDB Enterprise
• Partner must certify the latest version of partner solution • Solution and integration must pass review by MongoDB engineering team • Applying organization must be a member of the MongoDB Partner Program with a completed Partner Program Agreement.
Application Process The application process is self-serve. Please review the application process here before getting started to understand the items that will be asked of you. The application includes a test that you will be asked to define based on best practices for key categories. If your solution does not fall into one of the key categories, you will need to propose a test for certification. MongoDB will review all applications and respond in a timely manner.
