Please submit an explanation of the program for consideration. In your description, please include the following information: name of institution and program dates of program a brief description of program goals or objectives program tuition and any other expenses that might be required for consideration, such as travel (Please note that travel costs are not always granted for reimbursement by MBA, but is important in the planning and consideration process.)

Please submit a written explanation of why you would like to attend this particular program. You may consider such details as what you hope to achieve or how you would like to grow as a person as the result of attending this particular program.
3) Please read carefully the following statements. Student and parent signatures are required indicating they are aware of the application terms.

The grant will cover the cost stated for the program. Travel is not included. However, some money will be available to help offset the cost of transportation to and from the selected program. If a portion of travel expenses are awarded, families will be expected to cover the travel costs and receive reimbursement from MBA. The student will document the experience. The student may choose the method of documentation. The student will share key ideas of the experience as needed and appropriate. A thank you note must be written in appreciation to the Wilson family.
Application deadline is JANUARY 6, 2017. Applications must be completed and turned into Jennifer Haendel in the Junior School office no later than 5:00 pm that day. Applications will be notified of decisions no later than January 20th.
