Banner & Program / Agreement Terms and Conditions: 1.
Boosters: This advertising banner sale is a fundraiser for the Monticello Athletic Boosters and each respective team. The Monticello Athletic Boosters is a501(C)(3) organization. Funds raised by the Monticello Athletic Boosters are used to support athletics at Monticello High School.
2.
Payment: Please make checks payable to MHS ABC (Monticello High School Athletic Boosters Club). Remit check with this signed form.
3.
Banner Content: Your company logo and banner content shall be submitted via e-mail to: [email protected]. The submitted content will be formatted similar to the sample banner set forth above. Each banner may include a company logo or symbol and approximately 5 lines of text that can include company name, address, phone number, contact name, web address, company slogan or other company specific information. The actual amount of text will impact available font sizes.

Program or Banner Materials: All Banners will be 3’x5’ vinyl material, on white background, with a black border and the school “M” in one corner. Banner content must be public school appropriate and is at the sole discretion of authorized Albemarle County School official(s).

Proofs: A pre-production proof of your banner must be approved or edited within 3 business days of the proof being e-mailed to the sponsor company at: ________________________________________(fill in e-mail address). Stylist and editorial changes may be made on the 1st pre-production proof. Only typographical errors will be corrected on a 2nd pre-production proof. See Proof Page 3.
6.
Final Approval: The final content of all banners must be approved by the Board of the Monticello Athletic Boosters and the authorized Albemarle County Public School official(s). If the content of a banner cannot be approved, the banner will not be produced and the amount paid shall be returned to the Company, minus a $50.00 pre-processing fee.
7.
Banner Locations: The location of banners in the main football stadium will be on the trackside fence. The location of banners in the baseball or softball stadiums will be on the outfield fences facing the infield. Exact locations within any of the stadiums are not guaranteed.
8.
Term. Banners are hung for the 2017 /2018 school year seasons, as the orders are placed, received and completed. The sooner the order is placed, the sooner the banner will be competed and hung. To maximize banner exposure, for fall 2017 sports, orders should be received no later than August 1st. Order will be accepted at any time during the school year, but later orders will have shorter hang time. This is a fund raiser for student athletics, so prices are not adjusted later placed orders that are hung for shorter periods. Processing time for banner orders are approximately 2 weeks from art submission.
