The Festival is expected to run from approximately 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. AGAIN THIS YEAR: We will have a set number of teams and brackets this year. There will be 78 boys’ teams (18 3rd/4th grades, 30 each in 5th/6th and 7th/8th grades). There will be 40 girls’ teams (20 each in 5th/6th and 7th/8th grades). We may be able to increase this depending on registration. While the registration deadline is March 25 th, it is really first-come, first-served and payment will hold your place in the registration system, but not necessarily guarantee a spot. In the past, brackets have been over-subscribed. Payment is not a guaranty of participation. We will confirm through email your team’s placement in a bracket, once the schedule is complete as early as possible. Teams not placed in a bracket will receive a refund. A waiting list will be maintained for any cancellations. Games will be played on 14 fields at the Moorestown High School and William Allen Middle School fields on Bridgeboro and Stanwick Roads in Moorestown.
