Services We offer three main levels of managed service and also have a number of additional services such as PCI compliance, forensic investigation and incident response.
MCS-Alert Our core service will give you the essentials to help keep your business safe at an affordable price. Monitoring all your critical systems 24x7x365, we will alert you to any highly anomalous activity which might indicate a cyber threat so that you can take the appropriate action. Event data is logged and stored in the SOC (Security Operations Centre) with weekly stats and reports (e.g. volume processed, devices monitored) being created.

MCS-Assure

Building on MCS Alert, you can use this service to analyse into what’s happening in your systems. You’ll get a daily comprehensive report indicating where not only the direct cyber threats might be but also more subtle indicators of compromise. Perhaps a series of seemingly innocuous activities when taken together look very suspicious. Maybe it’s a disgruntled employee or someone innocently clicking on an attachment causing havoc. You have the knowledge and control to remediate these but as always we can assist you if needed.
MCS-Protect The ultimate end to end managed service. We’ll take care of all the trouble shooting and have highly trained cyber analysts monitoring your systems. If threats are detected our Cyber Analyst (CA) will analyse, interpret events, triage and classify. They will investigate thoroughly to ensure it’s a real threat and provide assistance on events generated. CA is available as a helpdesk to advise and provide support on events generated
Features: Collects event data 24x7x365 from your devices and passes it back to the SOC for storage. Web-based service desk with functionality to add/remove devices, change retention, view stats, change email addresses, etc. Weekly stats reports. Helpdesk for operational support. Alerts generated by high-probability suspicious activity. Based on standard rules (aligned with GPG13 PMCs) plus configuration such as normal working hours, classification of devices, etc. Daily report on all suspicious activity (whether an alert was generated or not) [not MCS-Assure] Triage and analysis by trained cyber experts [MCS-Protect] Ongoing vulnerability assessments Proactive Threat Intelligence
