• Density may transfer from a Sending Site to a Receiving Site only as part of a Special Exception Site Plan
County Board may “certify” density on a Sending Site Certification does not have to happen at the same time as transfer No receiving site has been identified
• Purpose: Open space / recreational facilities
Proceeds of density transfer could be used to offset costs of future phases of Mosaic Park development
