Mother’s Day Mission: Casa de los Angelitos
Crisis Maternity Shelter for homeless women Casa de los Angelitos is a housing program for pregnant women in crisis situations and their infants who are in need of a friendly and protective environment during their pregnancy. Casa's five bedroom, 2600 sq. ft. home is located in a residential neighborhood in Harbor City. Casa provides women and their infants with a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment. Casa de los Angelitos is funded through donations and receives no government funding.
On Mother’s Day, May 12th, the church family will support Casa de los Angelitos by bringing the following items to donate. We will deliver the items the following week.
Items to donate: Newborn diapers Dreft laundry detergent
Email me if you have any questions or would like to help out. We need families to hand out flyers this Sunday at each service, table hosts on Mother’s day to accept donations and one other family to help me deliver the donations Thursday, May 16th at 3 p.m. [email protected]
Gently used or new maternity clothes Newborn baby clothes Receiving blankets Johnson’s baby soap/lotions Gift cards to Target or Babies ‘R Us - any amount.
