INTRODUCTION The following repair instructions will guide you through the removal of your Motorola V180 Motherboard. However, be careful as some parts do easily fall off.
TOOLS: T6 Torx Screwdriver (1)

Step 1 — Battery
Flip over the phone, press down the button and slide off the back cover.
Remove the battery.
Step 2 — Keypad
Locate the four screws on the back of the phone.
Using your T6 Torx Screwdriver, unscrew these screws.
Remove the SIM card located on the back of the phone.
A ribbon near the antenna is still attached to the motherboard. Do not break this ribbon.

Step 3 — Motherboard
Unclip the pronged rectangle connector ribbon attached to the motherboard.
Remove the motherboard.
