CLINTON SCHOOL DISTRICT SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 22, 2017 / 5:00 P.M. / ADMINISTRATION BOARD ROOM #5816 MINUTES
1. CALL TO ORDER Ms. Sherrin Richardson called the special meeting of the Clinton School Board to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. RECOGNITION OF QUORUM Members present: Mr. Tim Barnes, Mr. Terry Drew, Ms. Darla McJunkins, Ms. Sherrin Richardson and Mr. Jeff Wyborny. Dr. Kyle Hensley and Mr. Kirk Pryor were absent. 3. PERSONNEL Mr. Tim Barnes offered a motion to accept the resignation of Ms. Maggie Jo Tester effective at the end of the 2016/2017 school year and a second was received from Mr. Terry Drew. With a move of 5 – 0 the motion carried. Mr. Tim Barnes made a motion to hire Ms. Donna Harper as District Treasurer / Business Manager effective March 27, 2017 for the remainder of the 2016/2017 school year. A second was received from Mr. Terry Drew and the vote was unanimous (5 – 0). 4. ADJOURNMENT With nothing further to discuss, Mr. Terry Drew made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Tim Barnes seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 5:16 p.m. following a vote of 5 – 0.
