Enter online at www.pttiming.com by 11:59pm WEDNESDAY January 6th, Heat Sheets will be posted Friday morning. There will be NO ADDITIONS made. Unattached athletes (affiliated with a NCAA Institution): per NCAA rules, if you are associated with a current collegiate team and are either red-‐shirted or unattached from the team for any other reason. You must create your own account at the pttiming link and may not have ANY affiliation to your school in the registration process. NOTE: Institutions MAY NOT register their unattached athletes and are responsible for compliance to NCAA rules. $200 per gender; $15 dollars for unattached athletes. Fee can be paid prior to meet or under the purple tent in the SW corner. Unattached fee must be paid under purple tent in SW corner before hip numbers or check-‐in will be completed. Admissions fee’s are as follows: Adults (18 and older) $5 and youth (ages 10-‐18) $3. Anyone under the age of 10 or associated with the team (trainers, administrators) will be free of charge. Students are free with valid student ID. All entry marks made need to be previously performed marks, and not projected times to improve seed positioning. For freshman please enter based off high school marks. Team Camps will be in the infield and areas surrounding the track. When races are not in progress, the outside of the backstretch may be used. Hurdles must be kept in lanes 4-‐8, and all hurdles must be returned upon completion of warm-‐up Implements will be weighed on north side of Fieldhouse one hour previous to the start of the throwing events. Implements will not be impounded. Hip numbers are located under purple tent in SW corner of Fieldhouse. Numbers are to be worn on the right hip. For the distance events they will be worn on the right hip and right chest. 30 min prior to your event on the track pick up your hip number at the table located at the southwest end of the Field House (near the finish line). Check-‐in with the Clerk of Course at the start area 10 min prior to the start of your event. Field Events Athletes – check in at your event to the head official 30 minutes prior to your event. Protests should be made immediately, no later than 30 minutes after the results are announced. Any such protest must be made brought to the attention of either MSU head coach (Jen Blue, Jim Dilling).

Training facilities will be set up in the equipment closet near the finish line. Please have your institutions trainers provide written instructions and consent for any type of treatment. Results will be posted on the north wall above the water fountains after each event. Locker rooms will be available on a limited basis. MSU Varsity locker rooms are not to be used. MSU recreation locker rooms will be open for use. Athletes must provide their own towels and locks. Refer to attached map for locker room location.
