Who are we? Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran School (SOTL) is a private non-profit Christian school pursuing excellence in education. SOTL students are from Brighton, Howell, Hamburg, Hartland, Milford, Pinckney, South Lyon, and the surrounding communities. We opened our preschool in 1983. In the fall of 2014 we welcomed our first eighth grade class. About our Auction On Friday, November 10, 2017, SOTL School will host its fourteenth annual auction, “My Lighthouse.” This is a wonderful evening of fun, fellowship, and fundraising that will be held at the Howell Opera House in downtown Howell, MI. What is our Goal? This year the proceeds will go to our student assistance fund and our school expansion fund. How can you help? One of the keys to our success will be the generous support of those who donate items to our Live and Silent auctions. Please consider supporting this event by donating a gift certificate, merchandise, services, or a cash contribution. All cash contributions of $500 or more will include two free tickets to the auction as well as promotion of your business in the program.
