Introduction At the end of the 2010 – 2015 Ebonyi SSHDP life span, it became necessary to review the extent of implementation of the Plan, to understand the extent of implementation, accomplishments and lessons learned that would inform policy, practice as well as development of 2016–2021 SSHDP.
