29 Sfogliatine alle Mandorle The Renzelli family have a tradition of cake baking that dates back to 1803. These honey and almonds slices are made by toasting thin almonds slices then mixing them with honey and melted sugar which is then poured into a baking tray. Once it is set it is cut into slices 7.95/200g. 30 Pasta di Natale Festive shapes made from durum wheat pasta coloured with tomato and spinach 3.95/500g. 31 Meringhe di Gianduja Made in Piemonte, the home of Gianduja chocolate. Each meringue is patted down while still warm, to knock out some of the air.
