NTRP Rating Validation: • A player will use their current NTRP rating as of the start of the tournament section championship. Should a player be bumped up between the tournament section championship and national championship, they may still compete in the national championship at their level at the time of the sectional tournament championship. • If the section is not hosting a section championship, player will use their year end rating the year prior to the national championship. • Self rates are not eligible to participate. Section Draw Quotas: Each Section will be given a base quota of one spot in each 32-draw. The remaining 15 spots will be given out to sections based on their percentage of the country’s total adult competition participation.
