Messer is pleased to invite Prime Bidders, MBE, SBE & WBE subcontractors and suppliers to attend our Prebid and Economic Inclusion Outreach Session for the Nations Ford Elementary Replacement School Project. This project is a new 39-Classroom, 92,181 square foot, 2-story school building. The new building will be constructed on land directly behind the existing Waddell Language Academy on Nations Ford Road. The planned subcontractor bid is April 2015 and construction starting in May 2015. WHAT THE SESSION INVOLVES:
Formal Project Pre-bid and Review of Bidding Requirements Networking & Interfacing with the Messer project team, prime bidders & suppliers Review of bid forms, documentation to be turned in with bid, and MWSBE Process Networking session for 2nd tier MWSBE firms to meet the prequalified Prime Bidders Questions & Answers
Prequalified Subcontracting Firms as well as lower tiered subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend this meeting. Subcontractor attendance will be considered towards MWSBE Good Faith Efforts.
