Row 3: Ch 6, skip first ch-2 space, 5 dc in next ch-1 space (fan made), ch 3, dc in next ch-5 space, *ch 3, fan in next ch1 space, ch 3, dc in next ch-5 space; repeat from * across working last dc in 3rd ch of ch-5 turning ch, turn—7 fans.
