Nazanin (Nazz) Casebier Pre-‐School Director My name is Nazanin Casebier, but please just call me Nazz (pronunciation hint: it rhymes with OZ). I was born in Houston, Texas to an Irish mother and Iranian father. I stayed in the United States until I was eleven, after which I also lived in Ireland, Iran and the Dominican Republic. I moved to Louisville in December of 2000 from Northern Ireland to attend the University of Louisville where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2004 and a MBA in 2006. Brian, my husband, and I have been married for ten years and we have two daughters: Arianna (6 ½ ) and Leila (4 ½ ). Before becoming a stay-‐at-‐home mom, I held positions at the University of Louisville in the IT department, the Speed School Electrical Engineering Department, and the Vice President for Research Office. Immediately prior to this position at St. James’, I was a Preschool Teacher at Northeast Christian Church where both my girls attended. I enjoy traveling, running, restoration projects and warm Kentucky summers.
