COMMERCIAL TERMS

Add approximately three weeks on the water to the West Coast Port of Entry. 1.3.- Starting up and Commissioning: Included in the price, traveling and living expenses in the USA will be responsibility of M & E Values Inc. If factory technician is used, costs are extra and include: travel, lodging, meals. 1.4.- Delivery The price C.I.F West Coast Port of Entry (Los Angeles). Customer picks up at the Port, transports, and pays for rigging the machine. 1.5-

APPENDIX V; THE REQUIREMENT PROVIDED BY THE USER
1. Air supply: 0.55Mpa, the dry and clean compressed air; the air flow is 1.6m ³/min 2. Power supply: 220/480V, 60HZ, the vibration of the voltage is among -5% to +10%. Temperature of the surrounding: 0° to +40° C; 3. Moisture of the surroundings: relative moisture 20% to 80%, (without condensation);
4. Machine placement should be far away from strong vibration resource and electromagnetic interference; 5. Providing the little-dust surrounding without harmful and corrosive gas; 6. The ground base should be prepared according to the Diagram for Ground Base provided by the supplier; 7. The user need to choose the proper personnel to accept training, and make a long term commitment. 8. Hydraulic fluids, electrical power hook-up, safety fencing and guarding, and cabling around the machine are the customer’s responsibility. The end user is also responsible for all programming for the machine tool. Additional labor hours are available at our normal service rates, but require a separate Purchase Order. 9. Any interface or wiring between the Kotec NC control and the customer’s programming system is the customer’s responsibility. Warranty The warranty covers completely the hand work, the replacement of defective parts and materials for 1 (one) year or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes earlier, without any additional cost for the customer, but does not cover the traveling and living expenses of our technicians, that will be invoiced separately. The warranty is limited to the replacement of any part with defects supplied in our premises, and will not cover any claim for the caused damages, that in no case could be imputed to M & E Values or Kotec. Any modifications or replacement of items during the warranty period will not imply the extension of this period. This warranty will be invalid in case of breakdowns caused by parts or devices installed by the end-user in the machine without the approval of M & E Values The warranty excludes the cutting elements and the breakdowns produced by an incorrect handling of the machine or by atmospheric agents so as storms, floods, fire and also vandalism or other unusual incidents. The warranty will not be valid if the customer does not sign the Definitive Acceptance Document within the 15 (fifteen) days after receipt the machine. In case that the staff of M & E Values Inc. or Kotec must go to the customer’s factory, the customer will help them with the following, even in case of weekend:
Personal support. Hand tools and all the necessary equipment. Electricity, compressed air, water, etc. Telephone, Telefax, etc.
Installation Requirements The machine will be delivered in the specified terms, with the electrical equipment prepared for 220/480v ± 10% y 60Hz. Earth’s factor must be 5. It is required a flow of 500 liters per minute and 6 Bar of dry and good quality compressed air. Floor quality
