 NCCU students to update the ArcCatalog editing guide

for Arc 10.3.x  Evaluate existing framework datasets and create examples of metadata using new profile  NCDOT - Powell Bill municipal boundary

 Continue to support research request from Dr.

Mulrooney at NCCU to NCDOT to fund graduate student for curriculum design and artifact maintenance for the committee.  Tool evaluation, but will move forward with ArcGIS  Next Meeting in early January
