Below, select a 4-day, 3-day, or 2-day format. Day 1 will begin at 12:00pm (Standard Instruction is 6 hours of instruction per day). If you need a different length camp, contact your NCA State Director for more options. • NCA Build-A-Camp: Standard NCA Curriculum OR you determine schedule based on your needs. • NCA Ultimate Home Camp: Skills based camp with an emphasis on Stunts, Pyramids & Baskets • NCA Innovative Home Camp: Skills based camp with an emphasis on Stunts, Pyramids & Baskets plus Tumbling 4 DAY BUILD-A-CAMP 1 - 9 cheerleaders, $2290 flat 10 or more, $229 each x 3 DAY BUILD-A-CAMP 1 - 9 cheerleaders, $1790 flat 10 or more, $179 each x 2 DAY BUILD-A-CAMP 1 - 9 cheerleaders, $1470 flat 10 or more, $147 each x

COACHES & CAMP RESOURCE PACK 1 Coach mandatory, $55 invoiced x 1 = $55 Additional Coaches, $55 each x = $ (includes Curriculum CD and DVD, Coaches Manual, Coaches Training DVD and Spirit Book) NOTE: 1 coach is required to register and to be with the team at all times during camp. If you indicate more than 1 above, then extra Coaches Resource Packs will be sent.

A registration deposit is not required now. A $50 per person deposit will be due 60 days prior to camp and full payment is due 45 days prior to camp. The deposit is non-refundable, unless we are unable to honor your camp date request. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
NCA requires written notice of cancellation and/or adjustment of number of participants two weeks prior to camp, so that we may adjust Staff ratio when necessary. An increase in Staff will be based on availability. Notice of cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to camp and may be faxed to 972.840.4054 or emailed to NCAregistration@ varsity.com. 2 weeks prior to camp start date, registrations that are not paid in full or do not have a signed purchase order on file with NCA will be cancelled. Partial tuition refunds will not be issued to participants who check in at camp and leave early due to injury, illness, or disciplinary reasons. If cancellations are received between 30-15 days prior to camp, a $50 per person fee will be billed/retained. If cancellations are received between 14-0 days prior to camp, FULL tuition will be billed/retained. Please allow 6-8 weeks after the camp has ended to receive refunds.
