On street parking is around each field, please keep belongings out of sight and locked We do offer a preferred lot just South of Field A. ($10) No dogs on the fields. Only service dogs, with their vests, are allowed on the fields. Please be sure to pick up after yourselves (especially water bottles). Boys U8 Festival Game Format: • • • • • •
Please have a coach check in at the NCJLA table at least 30 mins prior to your first game. Both teams are required to provide NOCSAE balls for their end line and 1 game ball for the referee. (please collect at the end of your game) Team listed on the left are responsible for switching colors. Games will be 20 minute running time halves, 5 minute half time. Central timer will keep time; games start and stop on the horn. Boys U8 Rules will be taped to a central table.
Boys U10B Festival Game Format: • • • • • • • • •
Please have a coach check in at the NCJLA table at least 30 minutes prior to your first game. Boys U10 Rules will be taped to the tables and scoresheets will be provided. Please provide rosters 5 min before the start of the game. Each team must provide 1 adult scorekeeper/timer. Both teams are required to provide NOCSAE balls for their end line and 1 game ball for the referee. (please collect at the end of your game) Team listed on the left are responsible for switching colors. 20 minute running halves, 5 minute half time. Referee will keep time of their games. One timeout per team each game (clock stops - 2 minutes). No overtime.

Parking Instructions: Preferred parking is located on 11th Street behind fields 3 and 4. Two parking lots are located near the fields. One is at the intersection of 11th street and Avenue I. The other is at the corner of Avenue H and 13th Street. Please keep belonging out of sight and locked at all times. The NCJLA is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Directions to the Field: Treasure Island is located at the midpoint of the Bay Bridge, Hwy 80 in between SF and Oakland. Once on the island you’ll pass a guard shack, continue straight and turn right on California and proceed to Avenue H. For Fields A & B, take a left on Avenue H and go straight until you run into them.
