WHAT WILL I STUDY? • Three converging tracks: - Mastering strategy and digital transformation - Building successful businesses - Communication, Thinking and Leadership for impact • 32 courses across 8 terms in Strategy, Business Economics, Data Science and Digital Marketing in Business, Corporate Operations and Finance, Creativity and Innovation, Technology, Leadership, and Communication. • Team-projects and case studies simulating real business problems. • 4 courses per term, 20 contact hours per course. Workshops and seminars additional.
WHAT SKILLS WILL I LEARN THROUGH THIS PROGRAMME? The 1-year PGDM will enable you to take on new and changing leadership challenges at India's leading companies. A focus on experiential learning will ensure that participants gain first hand experience in analyzing and solving challenges faced by today’s businesses that have been disrupted due to technology. FACULTY (SELECT) Deepa Kapoor: Alumni of Smith College and The Wharton School, she has a long experience of working in different sectors like HR, CSR, sales, marketing and creating partnerships. She is the Program Director for the PGDP at the School of Management, The NorthCap University.
Dr. Pramath Raj Sinha: Alumni of IIT-Kanpur and University of Pennsylvania, he is Managing Director, 9.9 Media and a Former Partner of McKinsey & Company. He is also Founding Dean, Indian School of Business and the Young India Fellowship; and Founder Trustee, Ashoka University.
Dr. Prabhu Aggarwal: Alumni of IIT-Kanpur and University of Washington, Seattle. He is the Founding Vice Chancellor, O.P. Jindal University, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. He has over 25 years of experience in academics and institution building having served as the founding Director of Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education, India, Assistant Dean for Executive and Professional Programs, Mason School of Business, College of William and Mary, Virginia and as faculty of various business schools in India and US. Asheesh Gupta: Alumni of IIT-Kanpur and IIM - Calcutta, he currently leads the education management and services business at 9.9 Media. He has over 25 years of experience spanning operations, engineering, consulting, general management and business building.
Sonjoy Mohanty: Alumni of University of Delhi and IIM - Lucknow, he is currently the Senior Advisor to EY and 9.9 Media. He works with government partnerships for programs such as 'Start Up India', 'Make in India', 'Skill India'. he has 25 years of experience working with companies ranging from start-ups to blue chip corporations. Amitabh Jhingan: A Chartered Accountant by profession, he is a former partner of EY and advises stakeholders at multiple companies around growing and scaling their business.
