2. The Northern Electricity Distribution Company Limited (NEDCo), therefore, invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers to supply the abovementioned items. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendement) Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the Cashier, Disbursement Office (Finance Department), NEDCo, Ground Floor, NORRIP Building, Tamale, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. local time. 4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GHC100.00) in cash. 5. Tenders must be delivered to Address 2 below on or before 12.00 noon local time on June 15, 2017. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount indicated in the table above. The Tender Security shall be from a reputable local Bank. Late Tenders will be rejected.
