The Ranches HOA no longer manages any pools nor, are there any more buy ins. Unless you are a resident of one of the following subdivisions, you do not currently have any pool privileges here in the Ranches: HIGHLANDS > HIGHLANDS ON THE GREEN > WILLOW SPRINGS > ROCK CREEK > NORTHMOOR/SOUTHMOOR >

We have had several homeowner requests that we add a note to pet owners in the newsletter. Please be courteous to your neighbors and monitor your pets more carefully to ensure pets remain on your own property. We’ve received numerous complaints regarding dogs barking all night, not being on a leash, as well as dogs (and cats) going potty in neighboring yards. If you are dealing with these problems, please contact the sheriff’s department.

[email protected] It is the responsibility of the homeowner putting up and paying for the fence to do the first initial staining, meaning all sides. This includes the inside and all sides facing your neighbors. After the initial stain, it is the responsibility of the homeowner that the fence faces, to maintain and re-stain their side. We encourage all homeowners to communicate with their neighbors regarding any disputes.
