Accommodation & Food About the Accommodation You will be living with host families. There is no library at the host families. The dining room is part of the kitchen and a sitting area overlooking these mountains. The life style is basic so the bedroom and dining are very simple too. The smoke from the kitchen can give a rural firewood kitchen feel.
Food Arrangements You will be served breakfast at 8:oo in the host family. Whereas, lunch will also be provided at the host family house and also dinner at 19:30 in the evening. The meal is called as dalbhat which is a combo of rice, lentil and green seasonal vegetables. You can also use the kitchen facilities to cook for yourself.
Facilities ATM: There are no ATM around in the village. The closest one is in Dhulikhel and Banepa. Shop: The closest local shop is a 2 hours walk from the house.
Activities & Events No scheduled activities outside the program.
Sights & Surroundings There are not many options. The only option is to travel to Kathmandu during the weekend or go for hiking in the mountain in Mate.
