Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’[a] 5 and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh? 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”7 “Why then,” they asked, “did Moses command that a man give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?” Jesus replied, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. 9 I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.” Matthew 19:3-9 The Context

"When a man takes a wife and marries her, if she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some indecency in her, and he writes her a bill of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house..." Deuteronomy 24:1 Principle Of Marriage
In God's Eyes When You Enter Into Marriage You Are UNITED With Your Spouse As One Flesh And Therefore Inseparable For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh? 6 So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” Matthew 19: 5-6

A Contract is based On Mutual DISTRUST

A Covenant Is Based On Mutual COMMITMENT “Getting Divorced Because You Ran Out Of Love; Is Like Selling Your Car Because You Ran Out Of Gas.”
When You Cannot Love TRUST God To Love Through You Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. 1 John 4:20 Principle of Reaping & Sowing • You Reap WHAT You Sow Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction... Galatians 6:7 • You Reap WHERE You Sow The one who sows to please the Spirit from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:8
