Note :1. It is compulsory to attend the meeting along with one computer programmer (one who will carry out decryption of question paper during University exam.) 2. Please bring the following documents for Vodafone – CUG mobile Number: a. AICTE approval letter. b. Latest Electric or Telephone bill of the Institute. c. Driving licence or PAN card or Passport copy of either Principal/Director or Trustee. d. Letter from institute addresses to Vodafone Essar Ltd. to provide mobile connection. e. Rs.300/- Demand Draft in fever Vodafone Essar Gujarat Ltd. Payable at Ahmedabad. All Xerox copy of above mention document should be attested by Principal/Director or Trustee. Kindly bring your college round seal & Principal/ Director Seal.
