New Hope Center of Paris National Homelessness Awareness Week We strive all year to meet the basic needs of those who have fallen on hard times. Please come and support New Hope Center at any or all our community events promoting awareness and giving opportunity to others.

Tuesday November 14, 2017 According to the Point In Time survey that was conducted in Paris/Lamar on January 26, 2017;
11:00 am to 3:00 pm Proceeds benefit New Hope
141 people were homeless. 66 of those individuals were children.
81% of adults who were homeless are female Reasons that lead to homelessness:
34.4% Domestic Violence
11.5% Unable to Pay Rent/Mortgage
5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
11.5% Unemployment
15% of the event day sales will be donated to
10.7% Family Conflict
4.1% Mental Health

58.3% were working either full-time, parttime or a temporary job.
192 Individuals have been provided shelter this year by New Hope Center of Paris.
4:00 pm to 8:00 pm 20% of the event day sales will be donated to
7,332 nights of shelter have been provided this year by New Hope Center of Paris.
