1 Eglinton Avenue East > Fact Sheet COMMENTS • Full-time superintendent and building operator on-site • Highly visible complex comprised of office space and concourse retail • Accessibility compliant ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS There is a main electrical room located on the south/central side of the core on each floor with 2 telephone closets on the north side of the core. Power distribution will be through a ceiling outlet box, one per 750 square feet. Each outlet box will be provided with two 15 ampere 120 volt circuits. The design capacity is as follows: • floors 2 through 6 - 6 watts PSF • floors 7 through 8 - 4 watts PSF combined power and lighting EMERGENCY POWER Emergency power is supplied from a centrally located diesel generator to service base building elevators, life safety system and emergency lighting. TELEPHONE The telephone closets are located on the north side of the core on each side of the sprinkler standpipe riser room. A system of empty conduit has been installed from each on floor telephone room as follows - one 1 ½” conduit per 750 square feet. The telephone and internet provider is Bell (Optic Fibre) and Rogers (High Speed). LIGHTING Office lighting consists of recessed 24” x 48” luminaries with two 40watt cool white fluorescent tubes and acrylic lenses. Emergency power to selected fixtures is provided and must be maintained to meet code requirements. The lighting circuits will be modified by the Tenant within the Tenant’s space to maintain the integrity of the system.
