Self Service Quick Guide Self Service is a tool for installing required software updates. You may also install popular programs and printers using the Self Service tool. STEP 1 In The Dock Click on the Self Service Icon

Software Updates: Used to download security updates

STEP 3 Software Updates Click on Software Updates Icon

Run Software Updates Click on Install

Installing Software Updates The software updates will upload. The system searches for current updates. STEP 4

Special Note: Click on the bouncing software icon in the dock to move updates to front view

Run Software Updates Click on Install and Restart

Software Agreement Click on Agree for Apple Software License

Note: You might have to click agree for several updates

Final Step Click Restart to run the updates. After the software updates have completed, your laptop will automatically restart.
