How to wear your newborn baby in a stretchy sling First, pre-tie your wrap.

Place the middle of the sling against your stomach. You can find the middle of the sling by locating the care label.

Holding the top edge of the sling, extend your arm, raise it over and behind your head, and bring it over the opposite shoulder. Do the same with the other side.

Tuck both ends into the middle panel with the care label, and cross the ends over.

Take the ends to the back and tie. If you have a lot of material still left over, cross at the back, bring to the front and tie.

Now that you have pre-tied your wrap, you can leave it on if your out and about, and pop baby in and out as you wish. Now lets put baby in!

Place the baby in the burping position over your shoulder. When you tied the sling and crossed the ends over at the front, remember which side of the material is facing out and which was on the inside, touching you. Place the baby over the shoulder that is on the outside of the cross.

Lead the babys inner leg into the opposite piece of material, following it all the way through, making sure that the material is covering the babys bottom, to the back of both knees, and shoulder.

Repeat the step with the other leg.

By now baby should have a very comfortable seat to sit on, supporting the bum up to the back of the knees. Adjust the material to make sure that it is supporting the baby in this manner.

Now locate the part of material with the label, and pull this over babys feet, bum, and shoulders.

For smaller babies its best to keep their shoulders covered, but if your baby is at the curious stage and is mastered the art of holding her neck up, its fine to take her arms out! You can always put them back in if she gets sleepy.
