Newsletter - 13th January 2017 Dear Parents and Carers I have now completed just over a week as the new Headteacher at Waltham Cross Primary School. I am really excited to finally be here. Thank you to everyone who has come to meet me at the Coffee Mornings. I am so pleased to have had an opportunity to chat with many of you and it is wonderful to know that you are positive about our school and about our plans to become the ‘Best School in the Galaxy’! We all need to work together as a team and I look forward to seeing you regularly for all of the best reasons! Your children are simply amazing; they have made me feel very welcome and at home. Some of them have even given me pictures or some of their writing to display in my office and that’s lovely. We will be working hard as a whole school team – adults and children, to aim high, believe in what we do and above all, to have fun while we are doing it! Have a lovely weekend. Erica Barnett Sid the Dog Sid made his first appearance at school this week. He will soon feel at home and the children will get used to having him around.
