Job Vacancies for Meal Time Supervisors
ISSUE 191
We are looking for enthusiastic meal time supervisors to join our committed team. Times of employment vary depending on allocated Key Stage. There will be opportunity to carry out additional hours of work.

World Renowned Artists Visiting Woodcroft
Woodcroft prides itself on its development of the Arts as we aim to give our pupils the very best experiences. As part of our innovative AIM@Arts programmes we are welcoming two very special artists. Today, we were visited by Bryn Court. You may not have heard of Bryn, but you will have definitely seen his work. Bryn is the head sculptor on the Harry Potter, Batman and James Bond movies to name a few. Check out his website www.moviesculptor.co.uk to see his fantastic creations. Next week we will visited by percussionist Ollie Tunmer star of the West End show STOMP. Ollie will be leading workshops for Year 4 as part of their Arts Award curriculum. He will also be performing in assembly for the rest of the school.
Friends of Woodcroft - J Rock Raffle - win an iPad Mini
Would you like to win your very own iPad Mini? FOW will be raffling off a brand new tablet that was kindly donated by Protocol Education, one of our sponsors. The draw will take place on February the 11th. Look out for the FOW members selling tickets on the playground so why not pick up a strip for £1.00. We will be drawing the raffle on the 11th February so you have plenty of time
Hendon Languages School
Hendon School are running Saturday language lessons. See the poster distributed with this weeks newsletter for more information. Attendance Awards: for week beginning 5th January 2015
KS1 Class of the week: 1V (97.4% ) - Good Attendance! KS2 Class of the week: 6G (100%) - PERFECT! Whole school attendance remains at 94.9% (this is still below out target) We must be punctual, 66 late tickets were issued last week. ISSUE 191
