Changing Times We are finding the viewers to our open homes to be somewhat more positive and much more urgent about purchasing than say even 6 weeks ago. It is very noticeable the number of investment buyers in local properties has dramatically improved. Our Auctions are well attended of late with a good mixture of first/family home buyers and investors resulting in enthusiastic bidding and sales. If you interested in an update as to your homes potential value, give me a call today.
