Dear Friends and Family In Luke chapter 8, there is a story about Jesus who was on His way to Jairus's house. He was surrounded by crowds, and it was virtually impossible to get through the multitude, but one woman fought her way desperately through the crowd in order to touch Jesus. As soon as she did so, she was healed. Jesus was surrounded by multitudes of people, who were curious about Him, but then His attention was captured by someone who reached out and "touched" Him. Too often we choose to have a passing acquaintance with Jesus, rather than a relationship where we reach out to Him in faith, knowing that He will bring healing to our body, soul and spirit.

We need more than a casual friendship, or passing acquaintance with Jesus! I guess we need to continue reaching out to Him.... with an assurance that He is bigger than us, or any of our circumstances... in fact we can TRUST HIM. Have a great week
