I hope you were able to have a suitable, refreshing break over this last month - Only 11 months to go til Christmas. Following on from the Christmas theme of the wise men mentioned at the time of Jesus' birth, I want us to consider the wise man that Jesus mentioned in a parable in Matthew chapter 7.

Telling stories, or parables, was a teaching method He often used to make a point. I have entitled my message, 'Watch where you put your feet' and I want us to consider those foundation stones that we build our life on.
100 days of prayer for Israel and for our own nation, starts on Tuesday 27th January at 7pm.
70 years
after Auschwitz was liberated, this is also holocaust memorial day.
It seemed appropriate to start this new year by 'looking down' before 'looking ahead' and just reminding ourselves of the sure foundation we stand on. I pray God's blessing for you all as we roll into another year.
