Welcome to Hutt City Salvation Army. Denise and I have had an eventful few weeks under the guise of celebrating our 40th Wedding anniversary. Thank you for all the kind words, cards and gifts you have been most generous.

Welcome to Hutt City Salvation Army

While away this last week, we had the opportunity to drink in some of the natural beauty of this country. From lakes, rivers, caves and snow-capped mountains, the evidence of God's handiwork was never far from us. Maybe it was a taste of 'God's Kingdom here on earth as it is in Heaven.' This morning, I want to share some thoughts on being part of 'the family of God.' I have an interest in 'family trees' and this has reminded me of some of the traits we can expect when we are the 'King's kids.'
If you have kids aged between 7-12 years old, bring them along to Generator. This is an afterschool program held on a Friday from 4pm to 5.30pm, where they will experience activities, games, God and a bucket load of fun!
