q North  St.  Louis  selected out  of  4   possible  sites  for  relocation q 3,100  employees  with  potential  for     expansion q Average  salary  $88,000 q Approximately  $2.6  million  in   Earnings  Tax  (annually);  over  $8   million  in  State  withholding  tax   (annually) q $1.75  billion  estimated  cost;  1,350   construction  jobs q SLDC  is  facilitating  the  acquisition,   land  clearance,  and  utility   relocation/improvements.

PROJECTS To name a few: Jefferson  &  I-­‐64/40  Interchange   and  Jefferson  &  Cass  Ave   Improvements. Old  North  St.  Louis  Crown  Square   and  new  housing. Bicycle  network  expansion   and MetroLink NS-­‐SS  Corridor   Study. New private  development  is   expected  to  occur  surrounding   public  investment.
