Personal Statement I am an environmental conservation graduate with ambitions of working within the environmental or social policy sectors. I have a thoughtful and considered approach to tasks and project based work. My strengths lie in developing professional and trusting relationships with my colleagues. Much of my experience derives from providing non-formal education as a professional and as a volunteer. As a volunteer, I have led research and advised on changes to organisational policy and strategy. I have worked as a manager in retail and most recently, I have been providing tailored support to students with additional needs.
