Applicable Legislation/ Requirements for Visit Approval: 13.6.2.2.1 First Opportunity to Visit. A prospective student-athlete may not be provided an expense-paid visit earlier than the opening day of classes of the prospective student-athlete’s senior year in high school.
13.6.3 (a) PSAT. SAT. PLAN or ACT Score. A member institution may not provide an expense-paid visit to high-school or preparatory school prospect who has not presented the institution with a score from a PSAT, an SAT, a PLAN or an ACT test taken on a national testing date under national testing conditions.
13.6.3 (b) Academic Transcript. A member institution may not provide an expense-paid visit to a prospect who has not presented the institution an academic transcript (In addition, Compliance requests that a senior course schedule accompany the academic transcript).
13.6.3 (c & d) Register with Eligibility Center. A high school or prep school PSA must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center and be placed on the institution’s IRL with the NCAA Eligibility Center.
