NICODEMUS | ROAD TRIP | JULY 9, 2017 JOHN 3:1-21 A FEW KEY THOUGHTS FROM THE TEACHING: •
Change is not a product of the Ancient Greeks but a gift of the Gospel. God has gifted the world with change!

We are all designers, the only question is: we good designers or bad? This is why character matters so much, as character drives design (Genesis 1-2 for example).

The story of Nicodemus is about letting go of all we think we know and be willing to change. “It’s not what we think we know but whether or not we’re willing to change.” (Ron Cleamons)
APPLICATION FOR LIVING WATERS •
As we enter a new season, will we hold onto what we know or be open to the changing wind of the Spirit – the new wine and new wineskins.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS 1. Why is a changing world a good place? 2. What hope does living in a changing world bring? 3. Why does openness to Jesus’ and his good change good for us? 4. What does it mean to be open to good change for our church going forward?
