Nike How to create a partial credit note

 

SUBMITTING  PARTIAL  CREDIT  NOTES   To  submit  a  credit  note  that  is  NOT  for  the  full  amount  of  a  previously  submitted  invoice:   Ensure  you  have  the  ‘credit  note  app’  installed  in  your  Tradeshift  account  by  clicking  ‘create’  in  menu:  

    To  add  the  app:  

  You’ll  get  a  ‘confirm  activate  app’  notice,  click  confirm,  then  you  will  get  a  prompt  to  create  now,  or  you  can  create  later.    

 

From  menu  at  left,  choose  “create”,  then  “credit  note”  

 

    Your  Nike  contact  will  get  the  credit  note  to  code  and  approve.    Once  it  has  changed  to  ‘accepted’  status,  the  credit   amount  will  be  withheld  on  one  of  your  next  payments.
