WHO IS NOBLE CAPITAL Noble Capital, the premier Private Lender Network in Texas, serves as the conduit between the Lender and the Borrower in a Private Money Loan. Private Money Lending is an alternative investment opportunity where one person lends money to another person, typically a real estate investor or rehabber, to perform a short term real estate transaction. Since 2004, Noble Capital has performed the pre-screening, underwriting and due diligence on the borrowers & their projects on behalf of our members. Streamline Funding, wholly owned by Noble Capital, was founded to originate & broker loans to private lenders.

THE NOBLE CAPITAL TEAM Chris Ragland - Chief Operating Officer A seasoned real estate professional, Chris has spent the last decade working in firms that specialize in Full Service Brokerage, Property Management, Property Maintenance and Rehabilitation, Servicing, Loss Mitigation, and REO Management. Chris holds a BA in Entrepreneurship as well as an MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from St. Edward’s University, and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas.
Grady Collins - Chief Financial Officer Grady Collins is the Chief Financial Officer of Noble Capital. Grady manages the financial operations, including institutional warehouse line facilities, loan servicing, and construction control. Grady has over 18 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Prior to joining Noble Capital, Grady was an analyst with a major Wall Street firm and then successfully ran a private real estate hedge fund with average annualized returns of over 18.00%. Grady hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Temple University. Grady is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
Romney Navarro - VP of Lending for Streamline Funding Romney joined the Noble Capital family of companies in 2008, bringing with him extensive experience in structured finance and commercial lending. Romney plays and integral part as one of the leaders of Noble’s exclusive loan origination and underwriting division, Streamline Funding. Romney’s mission is to provide consistent high quality asset based loan opportunities to the Private Lender’s Network while maintaining transparent lines of communication with his Lenders.
